  • Do you accept walk-ins?

  • Sure but it depends….you are at risk of not having a room if rooms are booked or if its a slow day and we decide to let staff go home. Call before you come.

  • Can we book combine an Escape Room and Karaoke?

    • Yes! Call and we can assist. Kapolei Escape Rooms are the perfect way to start your Karaoke party! If you want to combine Escape, Karaoke and VR or just do combine two, call us and we’ll help develop a schedule and work on one discounted bulk price to create the ultimate party!

  • When do you charge extra fees?

    • Cleaning fee for throw up, broken bottles, food on floors - just clean up after yourself. This includes outside in the common area.

    • Misuse of equipment that breaks equipment.

    • Fighting, making trouble to staff or other guests.

    • Leaving past the end of your booking.

    • Anything that triggers the fire alarm. Vaping, smoke machines, pulling the fire alarm.

    • You are responsible for your guests so make sure you know everyone who is in your booking. DO NOT LET GUESTS INVITE THEIR OWN FRIENDS THAT YOU DONT KNOW!

  • Do you allow children?

  • Yes. Children allowed without parents in VIP room and below.

  • If alcohol present, PARENTS or RESPONSIBLE adult over the age of 21 must be responsible for ensuring no underage drinking. We will determine if the adult are RESPONSIBLE at our DISCRETION on the date of your booking. Underage includes those that look underage and doesn't have an ID. If we suspect underage drinking - we will terminate the party with no refund

  • Do you allow Private Entertainment?

    Yes, however you will need to book the Grand or Signature Room for early set up and provide your own cover for the windows.

  • Can I set up early and when do I have to leave the Room? ?

  • If booking Signature or Grand Room, we allow 30 min set up and 15 min tear down. For all other rooms bookings begin on arrival. If no-one behind you then we allow 15 minute set up.

  • You must be out of your room at the end of your booking or we will charge you another hour plus a 30% penalty. If you leave early and your guests violate this rule, you will still be charged. If your party doesn’t leave at closing, we will charge you for two hours.

  • Can I play my own media device?

  • Yes - we do have adapters however we don’t guarantee it will always work. You are responsible for bringing your own adapters however we will try to help you the best we can.

  • Can kids play VR and the Escape Room?

  • Yes. As long as they can read and know the different between their left and right hand

  • Handicap accessible?

  • Yes, they will comfortably be able to access our Superior, VIP, Grand and Signature Rooms. They are able to play both our VR and our Live Escape Rooms

  • Can we watch people play Escape Rooms?

  • Yes, we allow non-players to sit with our gamemasters during both our Live and VR escape room play. We will even coach you on how to give your team clues during the game.

  • Do you have tables?

  • Yes, Signature and Grand room has extra 4 foot tables, VIP has 1 extra 4 foot table. Smaller rooms have coffee style tables.

  • Can underage be present if we have alcohol?

  • A responsible adult must be present if alcohol is in the room. We use common sense when determining a responsible adult. Parents over the age of 21 - yes. Cousins/Siblings no. Older person who is a boss yes. A 25 year old taking responsibility of 18 year olds - No. Use common sense.
